PRODUCT INFORMATION

Adhesive for vertical and horizontal surfaces. It is a high-quality, single-component, white ceramic adhesive with a cement-based, modified enriched composition. It complies with the requirements of AZS 039-2000 (TS 11140-1993) "Adhesives - Cement-based (hydraulic binder) for tiles, ceramics, and floor tiles."

APPLICATION AREAS

This ceramic adhesive is used:

In both indoor and outdoor spaces;

For bonding glass mosaics;

For filling gaps;

For bonding tiles over old tiles without removing them;

On surfaces such as concrete, plaster, and floor screeds.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface preparation: Ensure that the surfaces to be used are solid, dry, clean, and dimensionally accurate. Remove any residues of oil and paraffin that may weaken adhesion. If there are cracks or voids with a depth of 5-6 mm, they should be filled a day prior with Epocement S 40 repair mixture or another repair mixture meeting standards. Before application, the surface should be primed with BINDER primer or a similar product.

Mixing: Gently pour the 25 kg powder mixture into 6.0–6.5 liters of water and stir until the lumps disappear. Allow the mixture to rest for 3-5 minutes, then stir again before use.

Application: Spread the mixture onto the surface using the flat side of a trowel. Then, based on the size of the tiles, comb the mixture with the notched side of the trowel. Determine the adhesive's working time by lightly pressing a finger against it. If the mixture sticks to the finger, the tiles can be applied. This should not exceed 30 minutes. If the adhesive forms a crust on the surface, scrape it off, reapply the adhesive, and comb it with the notched trowel before bonding the tiles.

The prepared mixture should be used within 3 hours. Do not use expired or crusted mixtures. Grouting should be done 24 hours after wall application and 48 hours after floor application.

Recommendations: Ensure the ambient temperature is between +5°C and +30°C when using EPO WHITE. Avoid application in hot (above +30°C), rainy, or windy conditions. Tiles with high water absorption should be soaked in water before application. When bonding glass mosaics in swimming pools, use mosaics with paper on the front. Do not add water or new dry mixture to expired EPO WHITE. Clean all tools and equipment with water after use.

CONSUMPTION

The amount of dry mixture consumed per 1 m² depends on the thickness of the adhesive applied and the size of the notched trowel.

6 mm: 1.94 kg/m²

STORAGE

Store unopened bags in dry conditions on wooden pallets, stacked up to a maximum of 10 bags, for up to 12 months.

Due to the cement-based nature of EPO WHITE and its additives, wash any contact with skin or eyes immediately with water. Do not add any substances not specified in the instructions. The listed values are based on laboratory tests at +23°C ±2°C and 50% ±5% humidity; results may vary depending on conditions.
